We are so happy to be spending this holiday weekend at home here in NY, but only in NY can it cost you $24 for two packs of name brand smokes and a teeny bag of ice! And just two packs of smokes will run you 0ver $22!!
I am posting this because, as you know...we travel cross country and once, I bought four packs of Honey Bears smokes - which seem to be THE most expensive packs out there (well, except in southern Indiana where the clerk RUDELY told me that their brands (generic, newport & marlboro are the name brands and our more expensive ones Virginia Slims and Merit were the no name brands) ANYWAY...I bought four packs of Merits for $24 and the clerk said they were expensive you know...(as if I couldnt afford them????) and me, trying to put her rudeness aside, said This is nothing, don't worry 'bout it...
Needless to say, I just had to post this because one...the rudeness of clerks cross country with telling me every time I order cigs (They're expensive) No duh....and its been a few weeks since we have been able to kick back here at home I forgot just how expensive it is!
