Ok, not sure how I came across these pages this morning...I think it was following this link then that link etc....any way... after reviewing them (from the both perspectives), I found some real good advice here.
Not that everyone has the answers and not that the majority isn't simple common sense, but we all need a reminder now and then when normalcy starts taking over.
Take a few minutes and give them a review...

Sighs of the Heart
This is an amazing story that I just felt compelled to share as it is so incredibly true!
Sighs of the Heart
Author: Bob Perks
“She keeps repeating it over and over again. We’ve been back to this shelter at least five times. It has been weeks now since we started all of this,” the woman told the volunteer.
“What is it she keeps asking for?” she asked.
“Puppy size!”
“We have plenty of puppies, if that’s what she’s looking for.”
“I know. We have seen most of them,” she said in frustration.
Just then the young child came walking in the office.
“Well, did you find one?”
“No, not this time,” she said with sadness in her voice. “Can we come back on the weekend?”
The two women looked at each other, shook their heads and laughed.
“You never know when we will get more dogs. Unfortunately, there’s always a supply,” the volunteer said.
The young child took her Mother by the hand and headed to the door.
“Don’t worry, I bet we’ll find one this weekend,” the child said.
Over the next few days both mom and dad had long conversations with her. They both felt she was being too particular.
“It’s this weekend or we’re not looking any more,” Dad finally said in frustration.
“We don’t want to hear anything more about “puppy size” either,” mom added.
Sure enough they were the first ones in the shelter on Saturday morning. By now the young child knew her way around, so she ran right for the section that housed the smaller dogs.
Tired of the routine, mom sat in the small waiting room at the end of the first row of cages. There was an observation window so you could see the animals during times when visitors weren’t permitted.
The young girl walked slowly from cage to cage, kneeling periodically to take a closer look. One by one the dogs were brought out and she held each one. One by one she said, “Sorry, you’re not the one.”
It was the last cage on this last day in search of the perfect pup. The volunteer opened the cage door and the child carefully picked up the dog and held it closely.
This time she it took a little longer.
“Mom, that’s it! I found the right puppy! He’s the one! I know it!” she screamed with joy.
Mom, startled by all the commotion, came running.
“What? Are you sure? How do you know?” she asked.
“It’s the puppy sighs!”
“Yes, it the same size as all the other puppies you held the last few weeks,” mom said.
“No, not “size”; “sighs.” When I held him in my arms he sighed,” she said.
“So?”
“Don’t you remember? When I asked you one day what love is, you told me “Love depends on the sighs of your heart. The more you love, the bigger the sighs!”
The two women looked at each other for a moment. Mom didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. As she stooped down to hug her child she did a little of both.
“Mom every time you hold me I sigh. When you and Daddy come home from work and hug each other you both sigh. I knew I would find the right puppy if it sighed when I held it in my arms,” she said.
Then holding the puppy up close to her face she said, “Mom, he loves me. I heard the sighs of his heart.”
“For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.” - Ecclesiastes 9:4

Look For The Hero In Your Husband
I love my Honey Bear...he is my hero in every sense of the word - through thick and thin, sickness & health, good times and bad - some people may not always think so, but I do and I try to let him know even when I feel I fail in that regard. Look for the hero in YOUR man...if you can't find one in him, look again - trust me, the hero in him IS there!
Look For The Hero In Your Husband
You may wonder if this approach will actually work with your husband. Remember that men generally want to help their wives and give them gifts. They like to be the hero, if we will give them the chance.
Consider the results of the Candid Camera gag. The setup was a woman walking around with one shoe off and limping badly, barely able to walk. She approached some unsuspecting men and asked them to help her get where she was going. Implicit in her approach was the phrase "I can't walk."
One of the men she approached-a stranger-actually picked her up and carried her to her destination. The Candid Camera crew tried it again with another man, and again the man picked her up and carried her. By the end of the episode fifteen men had carried the woman to her destination. These men were every size, age, shape, and race, and all of them had the same response. Rescue a woman who needs help.
Is your husband really so different than the men capture by the Candid Camera? You will never know until you admit that you need help.

Responding To His Crazy Ideas
Responding To His Crazy Ideas
One of the most difficult things about relinquishing control is that we don't always know when we're being controlling.
Letting your husband know how little regard you have for his ideas is the most dangerous and subtle form of control. When you squash your husband's ideas you are telling him you don't trust him. Without trust there can be no intimacy. Therefore, one of the keys to relinquishing control is to respect your husband'sthinking.
Next time your husband makes a pronouncement that sounds silly, say with as much kindness and sincerity as you can muster, "Whatever you think" reminding him that you respect what he thinks. Practice saying, "whatever you think"repeatedly because it's difficult to form those words when you really need themmost.

Prayers to Save Troubled Marriage/Relationships-Applying Prayer And The Laws Of Attraction
Tgis was our most popular post: Prayers to Save Troubled Marriage/Relationships-Applying Prayer And The Laws Of Attraction
Any thought that is directed to the Divine (whatever or whoever you believe in) that seeks a power greater than self (we are not meant to be God, but He DID create us to have his characteristics), can be considered prayer.
Prayer is also discovering and developing the Divinity within you to its fullest potential.
According to noted author Dr Caroline Myss, prayer makes deposits into our Grace Bank Account.
You can also combine prayer with visualization. Visualize as though whatever you are praying for has already happened. Give thanks for it in advance, as you attract more of what you are offering gratitude for.
My home is under attack -- you name it, we have it.... Truth be told, communication, finances, opportunity, friendships...just a whole ball of trouble. It's double due to lack of so much from looking around at our situation to lack of communication, listening, respect... So, in hopes that anyone here believes as much as I do in the power of prayer and everything IS fixable, with God's help, then please, pray with me for my home as well as your own:
Dearest God, I ask that You and the angels help me heal my love life. I am willing to release any unforgiveness I may beharbouring toward myself and my partner, and I ask that the angels cleanse me of all anger or resentment now. Please help me see each other through the eyes of love. I ask that all effects of our mistakes be undone in all directions of time. Please work with my partner so that we may have harmony, romance, friendship, respect, honesty and great love for one another. Please renew our love. Thank You. --- Healing with the Angels, Dr Doreen Virtue
Dearest God, Please make of our relationship a great and holy adventure. May our joining be a sacred space.May the two of us find rest here, a haven for our souls.Remove from us any temptation to judge one another or to direct one another,We surrender to You our conflicts and our burdens. We know You are our Answer and our rock.Help us to not forget. Bring us together in heart and mind as well as body.Remove from us the temptation to criticize or be cruel.May we not be tempted by fantasies and projections, But guide us in the ways of holiness.Save us from darkness. May this relationship be a burst of light.May it be a foundation of love and wisdom for us, for our family, for our community, for our world.May this bond be a channel for Your love and healing, a vehicle of Your grace and power. As lessons come and challenges grow, let us not be tempted to forsake each other.Let us always remember that in each other we have the most beautiful woman, the most beautiful man,The strongest one, The sacred one in whose arms we are repaired.May we remain young in this relationship,May we grow wise in this relationship.Bring us what You desire for us,And show us how You would have us be.Thank You, dear God, You who are the cement between us, Thank you for this love. Amen. -- The Ten Bridges of Transformation Marianne Williamson

Bless his thoughts, words and deeds in every situation and under all circumstances. Bless and fill my husband's heart with overwhelming peace and joy. Hear her/his every concern and bring every appropriate solution to her/his mind clearly and gently. Bless me with patience so that I may be a more tolerant partner. Bless me to know and to see only the things that really matter and to surrender all habits of thought or speech that breed discord. Bless our finances today. Bless our marriage to be a breeding place for your presence and your love. Dear God, I invite you into the center of my marriage so that it may grow to be all that you created it to be. For the blessings of your peaceful, loving presence in the center of my marriage, I am so grateful. Let it be so!And So It Is! --Every Day I Pray, Iyanla Vanzant
Dearest God, Right now I am feeling ________ . Please lift these feelings away from me and fill me with your love. Fill me with your light. Fill me with trust that Thy help is on the way. Let your light shine in my darkness and penetrate my fearful confusion and guide me into right action. Dear God, what would you have me know and do to heal my relationship? (or any other specific issue) --Adventures in Prayer, Sharon Connor
Lord, help us remember that our love for each otherreflects your love for us.May we empower one another to fulfill our purpose in life.May our love be an example for our children and a model for all.May our experience as a couple give us a previewof the oneness we will experience someday.Help us to see that everything is either love or a call for love.Help us to celebrate our similarities and honor our differences.Help us to transcend our limitations and utilize our talents.Thank you for this opportunity, this lifeand for my loving partner.Amen -- Ascension and Relationships, Dr Joshua Stone
The Prayer of Saint Francis Lord, make me an instrument of Thy Peace!Where there is hatred, let me sow love.Where there is injury, pardon.Where there is discord, harmony.Where there is doubt, faith.Where there is despair, hope.Where there is darkness, light.Where there is sorrow, joy.Oh Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; for it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life. Prayer Affirmations
Because the love of my life believes greatly in this:
1) The Law of Attraction Like attracts like. The more you focus on what you desire, the more you attract what you desire. The more people that participate, the more the energy/power given to the thought form, hence increasing the ability of the thought form to manifest in the physical world exponentially many fold. 2) The Power of Intention When you align your intention with your goals and become single-minded about it, an enormous amount of energy goes into manifesting your goal. Furthermore, when many people align their intentions towards manifesting a common goal, the power they direct towards the goal increases exponentially. 3) Law of Cause and Effect In other words, what goes around comes around. The goodwill that you send out today shall return to bless you many fold! 4) The power of Prayer You will be lighting a candle after a small prayer. The flame symbolizes connection to Divine/All That Is/Source (whatever Source connection you prefer) and the lighting up and sending of blessings to each others' marriages and lives. Since light vanquishes darkness, lighting a candle means the same in our lives. Furthermore, when you light each other's candle, your original candle flames remains but much more is gained. The collective light that results from lighting many candles increases the brightness of where you are many fold! "Prayer is the medium of miracles. It is a means of communication of the created with the Creator. Through prayer love is received, and through miracles love is expressed." - A Course in Miracles 5) The enormous power of people cooperating harmoniously to achieve a common desired goal.
I am posting how this philosphy can and will have a positive effect on our prayers as well:
1) Decide that you really, really want to manifest a a truly blessed and happy marriage of your dreams!! This step aligns your intention with your goals. 2) Relax, take a deep breath. 3) Align with Source (note: you may replace Source with God, All That Is, Infinite Intelligence, Spirit etc. whatever you believe) by doing the following... Imagine brilliant, shimmering, pure white Light and Love of Source completely surrounding you and illuminating you. Let Light of Source fill every inch of your being. Feel the warm, unconditional, loving energy of Source. 3) Read the following affirmations out aloud. Remember to feel what you read! For Healing Marriage/Relationship... I ask Source (God/Infinite Intelligence/Spirit/Universe/...) to heal my marriage in all directions of time. I ask that all that needs healing in my marriage is transmuted completely by the Light and Love of Source. For Miracle Marriage Manifestation... May my spouse/partner and I renew our love, respect, admiration, honesty for one another, to a whole new beautiful level. May there be fun, laughter, romance, passion and abundance in our marriage. May love made in heaven be ours. I bless my partner with all my heart. For others... I desire and vision for all others who have lit the candle before me and for those who are going to light the candle after me the following... May their lives and marriages be touched and transformed by the Love and Light of Source/Spirit/God. May there be love, respect, admiration, honesty in their marriages. May there be much laughter, romance, passion, fun and abundance in their marriages.
May their marriages be brought to a whole new beautiful level. AMEN. AND SO IT IS!
