I was going to hint at this giveaway earlier, but decided to just surprise you, SURPRISE!! We are blessed to offer another NuNaturals NuStevia package to you with FOUR winners - yes...FOUR WINNERS

Before I go on, if you haven't seen our other NuNatural NuStevia posts/giveaways before, here's a list of links which hold recipes and info for your review:

If you're curious about what NuNatural NuStevia is or how it compares to what you usually use, you can request a free sample HERE.

Thanks to Mr Ron Redding from NuNaturals, (the Sugar-Free Poppa), he is generously offering FOUR of our readers a chance to win their very own NuNaturals package with four items to enjoy

I like to share some simple recipes with you using NuNaturals products, not just talking about the AWESOMENESS of them :) Honey Bear LOVES NuNatural NuStevia, especially the packets for his coffee (if you use any other brand of packets - Splenda, Equal, etc- you will only need one pack if you normally use two) and the flavored for his water (he takes ice water and adds a couple eye dropper drops of lemon is his favorite)

Are you on a carb/sugar restricted diet? Are you discouraged about the news reports about the little yellow, blue or pink packets that you use for sugar substitutes? Well, look no further! NuNaturals has a full line of sugar substitutes, baking supplies and so much more! If you visit THIS page, you'll see they carry everything from liquid, tablets and packets of NuStevia as well as baking supplies, herbal extracts and dietary supplements (plus a few other things)

As NuNaturals grows, they add more items and what I really like is how they now offer you cookbooks filled with so many amazing uses for NuStevia!
Ice Dream Cookbook
Stevia Naturally Sweet
Sugar-Free Raw Desserts
The Paleo Chocolate Lovers' Cookbook

I was sent (besides the liquids), a package of the NuGrain Oat Fiber which I KNOW is a great add to any liquid or food we have (who doesn't need fiber, right?) For me personally, my thoughts on fiber isn't just to add it to our diets, but I feel the absorbing power of fiber, oat fiber specifically, zaps out of our bodies liquids, oils, etc that our bodies simply can't break down and do not need at all! So, I stirred it in my morning coffee - I do NOT have a clear coffee cup to show you specifically how it looks, but it dissolved and I never knew it was there!

And since I am a sweet addict - imagine :) I have always tried to make something sweet using the flavored NuStevias. Since you'll be winning their amazing cocoa and cocoa mint syrups, I wanted to pass on two recipes that we love here - chocolate thin mints and chocolate mousse. These are from my personal recipe file and now on my own grocery list!

Cocoa Thin Mints:
A couple years ago, I saw a recipe for thin mints that taste just like the famous little girl group who sell them door to door and I've updated it to use NuNatural NuStevia:

1 lb bittersweet, dark or what ever kind of chocolate YOU prefer (bittersweet tastes more authentic)
80 Ritz crackers (I can tell the difference with other kinds and prefer Ritz brand)
Start with 1/2 tsp NuStevia Cocoa Mint Syrup but no more than 2 tsp (ALWAYS start with the smallest amount and add to your preference when using any Stevia as the sweetness level is preferential)

Melt the chocolate your favorite way, whether microwaving it or using a double boiler, just make sure no water touches chocolate, not even one drop! When melted, stir in your NuStevia Cocoa Mint Syrup - a little at a time, but again, no more than 2 tsps. When you've reached your desired minty flavor, dip your crackers, one at a time, and place on a COLD cookie sheet and put that sheet in the fridge or freezer to set (this only takes a few minutes). When set, now you can wrap them and keep them in a cool, dry, non-odor area (I keep ours in the fridge only when there's nothing odor causing in it) They're good for up to a week as long as no odorous items come near them.

And now, for a sweet desert that I am sure your family will absolutely love!
I make a Cocoa Mousse

1 1/2c heavy cream
1-3 pks NuNatural NuStevia
1 tsp or more (taste as you go) Cocoa Syrup
A couple spoons of cocoa powder for color if needed

Whip cream with a hand held mixer. Add one packet at a time of NuNaturals NuStevia and stop when your sweetness level, add cocoa syrup and powder, mix well. As with all stevia products, it is necessary for you to add the minimum and work your way up. Everyone reacts to stevia's sweetness differently, so start small and add - it's the easiest way to find YOUR sweet spot! Put in the fridge for a couple hours and there you go, guilt free mousse!

I want you all to know that I have had the absolute pleasure of working with NuNatural throughout the past couple years and the company is fantastic! Seriously, if you have any problems or questions, they are there for you! The prices are extremely budget friendly, the products are worthy of praise and Mr Redding is awesome. I truly support the company and products as they are THAT good!

Low Carb Pumkin Cheesecake:

16 oz (2-8oz pkgs) cream cheese
15 ounce can pure pumpkin puree ( not pumpkin pie filling)
2 cups heavy cream
pinch salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1-2 teaspoons Vanilla Stevia Liquid or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional toppings: Light sprinkling on top of graham cracker crumbs, choco shavings or Sukrin Gold Brown Sugar Substitute or leave as is

Better in a stand mixer, but hand mixer is alright too, but using your mixer blend cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth.Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until whipped and fluffy about 5 minutes. This is where you taste your Vanilla Stevia Liquids, adjust to your liking. Pipe into serving glasses or just something pretty or clear and top with any listed topping or leave plain. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. This is an AWESOME dessert and I know you will love it best!
