Personal review: Dannon Greek Yogurt


I had a coupon for a free Dannon Greek Yogurt and seeing as Honey Bear likes plain (yuck!) yogurt, I decided to pick it up for him. For us both to enjoy it, I figured I would make something that required sour cream and I would try the greek yogurt instead.

You've tried replacing plain yogurt for sour cream, haven't you? How'd it turn out for you? For me, I KNEW it wasn't sour cream and I could tell the difference, so....I stopped using it, I went back to good ol' sour cream.

I made my famous mexican breakfast...you know, you make an omelet out of sausage, peppers, onion, tomatoes with a side of avocado, sour cream and salsa....I substituted the Dannon Greek Yogurt for the sour cream.

It was SO good!

I am not kidding ya! Thick, rich...near sour cream taste, but good on it's own...I even tried a spoon of it plain, as Honey Bear likes it...I LIKED it! Shock of shocks! Seriously, I am won over!
